Architecting Sustainable Enterprise Growth & Operational Excellence

Established 2017 in Tallinn, Estonia. We support European businesses through data-driven management consulting, market expansion analysis and governance work — with the method written down beside every conclusion, so a client can check it, re-run it and keep it.

Strategy grid

Planning device — not an assessment

How far the way work gets done is written down, owned and measured today.

Processes largely informalProcesses defined and measured

How much change the next twelve months are expected to demand of the organisation.

Mature operations under real change pressure. This is where portfolio, market and transformation questions can be answered credibly, because the operating base can carry a programme.

First question we would ask
Which of the available moves is reversible, and which one is not?

How an engagement runs

The same four movements, whatever the question

  1. 01

    Frame

We agree in writing what decision the work has to support, what would count as an answer, and what is out of scope. Nothing starts before that page exists.

  2. 02

    Baseline

We measure the current position from the client’s own data and from public sources, and we state the method beside every number so it can be re-run without us.

  3. 03

    Options

We set out the realistic options with their trade-offs and, for each, whether it is reversible. We do not present a single recommendation dressed as inevitability.

  4. 04

    Hand over

Models, documents and reasoning are handed over in the client’s own tools and formats, so the work survives the end of the engagement.

Scope

What we do not do

A consultancy that will take anything is hard to check. This list is published so that a prospective client, a regulator or an advertising reviewer can see the boundary of the business in one place — and so that we can be held to it.

The same list in our terms
  • Investment advice, portfolio management or any recommendation to buy, sell or hold a financial instrument
  • Financial products, credit, lending, insurance mediation or payment services
  • Fundraising from the public, securities placement or introductions to investors
  • Statutory audit, assurance engagements or signed tax opinions
  • Legal advice or representation
  • Services to consumers — every engagement is with a business or public-sector client

Tell us the decision in front of you. We will come back with what we would need in order to answer it, how we would go about it, and whether it is work we should be doing at all.

  • No charge and no obligation arises from submitting the form.
  • The processing notice sits beside the fields, not behind a link.
  • There is no consent tick-box: answering a business enquiry does not rest on consent.
  • Submissions are stored on our own server inside the EEA and are not sold or shared for others’ purposes.
