1. Who these terms are with
This website is operated by 360 Listings OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia under registry code 14286661, EU VAT EE101984928, at Tööstuse tn 47b-52, 10416 Tallinn, Põhja-Tallinna linnaosa, Harju maakond, Estonia. Telephone +372 5705 1489, e-mail support@360listingsou.com. Our registered principal activity is EMTAK 70201 — Business and other management consultancy activities. Every one of those facts can be checked on the legal identity page, which links to the register entry.
2. What this website is
An information site describing the consulting services 360 Listings OÜ offers to businesses and public-sector organisations. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a contract. Submitting the strategy audit form or the contact form creates no obligation on either side and no charge arises from it.
Consulting services are provided only under a separate written engagement agreement signed by both parties, which sets out the scope, the deliverables, the timetable and the fee. Where these terms and a signed engagement agreement conflict, the engagement agreement governs.
3. Who we act for
We contract with businesses and public-sector organisations only. We do not provide services to consumers, and this website is not directed at consumers. Anyone may of course read it and write to us; consumer enquiries reaching us are answered and handled under the same privacy policy as any other correspondence.
4. What we do not do
The following are outside the scope of everything 360 Listings OÜ offers. This is the same list that appears on the home page and on the about page, in identical wording:
- Investment advice, portfolio management or any recommendation to buy, sell or hold a financial instrument
- Financial products, credit, lending, insurance mediation or payment services
- Fundraising from the public, securities placement or introductions to investors
- Statutory audit, assurance engagements or signed tax opinions
- Legal advice or representation
- Services to consumers — every engagement is with a business or public-sector client
In particular, 360 Listings OÜ is not an investment firm, a credit institution, a payment institution, an insurance intermediary, an audit firm or a law firm, holds no licence or authorisation from a financial supervisory authority, and gives no advice of that kind. Nothing on this site is an offer, invitation or inducement to invest in anything.
5. No guaranteed outcomes
Consulting is advisory work. Its value depends on decisions the client takes afterwards, on information the client provides, and on conditions neither party controls. 360 Listings OÜ does not guarantee any business result, revenue, saving, growth rate, funding outcome, regulatory approval or valuation, and no statement on this website or in any proposal should be read as such a guarantee. We describe our methods and our deliverables, which we control, rather than outcomes, which we do not.
Any illustration on this site — including the interactive strategy grid on the home page — is a planning device. It is not advice, not an assessment of any organisation, not a forecast and not a quotation.
6. Accuracy of the site
We keep this site accurate and current, and the company facts on it are taken from public registers with the date of reading published beside them. Content may nonetheless be superseded. Each page carries a build identifier in the footer, linked to /version.json, so it is always possible to tell whether a copy is current.
7. Intellectual property
The text, design, code, illustrations and structure of this website are the property of 360 Listings OÜ. You may read, print and quote from it with attribution. You may not republish it substantially, present it as your own, or use it to train a model that reproduces it. Materials produced during an engagement are owned as the engagement agreement provides; our default is that the client owns the deliverables and we retain our underlying methods and tools.
8. Confidentiality
Information a client gives us in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential and is not published, quoted or used as a reference without written permission. That is why this site carries no client names, no logos and no case studies.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, 360 Listings OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from use of this website, and liability arising from an engagement is limited as that engagement agreement provides.
10. Complaints
If something is wrong, write to support@360listingsou.com or to Tööstuse tn 47b-52, 10416 Tallinn, Põhja-Tallinna linnaosa, Harju maakond, Estonia, and we will answer. We would always rather hear about a problem directly than through a third party.
For data protection matters specifically, the supervisory authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), www.aki.ee/en.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes arising from them fall to Harju County Court in Tallinn, unless a signed engagement agreement provides otherwise, and without affecting any mandatory rule of the client’s own jurisdiction that cannot be contracted out of.
12. Changes
We may amend these terms; the date at the top of this page changes when we do. The version in force when a proposal is signed is the version that applies to that engagement.
