Purpose. Assessing and answering your request for a consulting engagement, and any correspondence that follows from it.
What we collect, and on what basis.
- Required — organisation name, contact person, work e-mail, organisation size, scope, and your description of the request. Lawful basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Without these we cannot answer.
- Optional — telephone number. Lawful basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in being able to reach you by a second route. Leaving it blank changes nothing about how your enquiry is handled, and you may object at any time under Art. 21.
- Also stored automatically: the date and time of submission, the version of this notice, and a truncated form of your IP address kept only to rate-limit automated posting.
Retention. Kept for 24 months from the last correspondence about the request, then deleted. If an engagement follows, the record is kept for as long as the engagement and the statutory accounting retention period require.
Recipients and location. Submissions are stored on our own database server operated by Hostinger International Ltd in Vilnius, Lithuania — inside the European Economic Area. They are not disclosed to third parties for those parties’ own purposes, are not used for advertising or profiling, and are not sold. No automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 takes place.
Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, exercised by writing to support@360listingsou.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), aki.ee. Full detail in the privacy policy.
