The short version
This site sets no HTTP cookies. It stores two small items in your browser, both strictly necessary. It loads nothing from any third party — no analytics, no advertising pixel, no tag manager, no external fonts, no CDN, no chat widget. You can confirm that in your browser’s network panel.
1. What is stored, and why
| Name | Type | Purpose | Legal basis | Retention | Party |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| l360-consent | localStorage entry (not an HTTP cookie) | Records the choice made in the consent banner so it is not asked again. | Strictly necessary — ePrivacy Directive Art. 5(3) exemption. Set without consent. | Until cleared in the browser or by the "Withdraw" control on the cookie page. | First party |
| l360-form-token | sessionStorage entry (not an HTTP cookie) | Single-use token that lets the API distinguish a real form submission from automated posting. | Strictly necessary — ePrivacy Directive Art. 5(3) exemption. Set without consent. | Deleted when the browser tab is closed. | First party |
Both are exempt from the consent requirement under Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, as transposed in Estonia by the Electronic Communications Act: one records the choice you made, and the other is what allows the forms to work at all. Neither identifies you, neither is read by anyone else, and neither leaves your browser.
2. Why there is a banner at all
Because a preference recorded in advance is worth more than one collected in a hurry later. Today this site loads no analytics or advertising technology of any kind, so accepting grants nothing and rejecting blocks nothing that is actually running. Your choice is stored and, through Microsoft Consent Mode v2 and the equivalent Google signal, applied by default from the first page view — so if such a technology is ever introduced, your decision is already in force rather than being asked for afterwards.
The default state, set before any script runs, is denied for advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalisation and analytics storage.
3. Your current choice
No choice is recorded in this browser yet.
4. Removing it yourself
The button above deletes the record. You can also clear site data for 360listingsou.com in your browser settings, which removes both items. Doing so has no effect on anything except that the banner will ask again.
