A small Estonian consultancy that publishes its own paperwork
360 Listings OÜ was entered in the Estonian Business Register on 03.07.2017 and has filed an annual report for every financial year since. Our registered principal activity — EMTAK 70201, “Business and other management consultancy activities” — is exactly the work described on this site.
Who we are
We are a management and business consultancy based in Tallinn. We work with established organisations — businesses and public-sector bodies — on the questions that sit above day-to-day operations: what the organisation should be doing, how the work actually gets done, which markets are worth the cost of entering, and who is authorised to decide what.
The company is small and does not pretend otherwise. An engagement is run by the people who scoped it. If a piece of work needs a specialism we do not have — a statutory audit, a legal opinion, a tax ruling — we say so and stop, rather than approximating it.
Everything about the entity itself is published on the legal identity page, split into what is filed in the register and what is merely operated by us, each with its source and the date we last read it.

This website and its database run on a server operated by Hostinger International Ltd in Vilnius, Lithuania — inside the European Economic Area. We measured that from inside the machine rather than trusting an IP database; the method is published on the privacy policy.

Every number we hand over carries the way it was produced. A client who cannot re-run our analysis without us has been sold a dependency, not advice.
Decisions, not decks
The output of a piece of strategy work is a decision record: what was chosen, what was rejected, on what evidence, and what would have to change for the decision to be revisited.
Nothing we cannot show
This site publishes no client names, no case studies, no success rates and no performance figures — not because there is nothing to say, but because a reader has no way of checking any of them.
